What is Front Porch Improv?

Front Porch Improv was created by four former New Yorkers living in Savannah. We've performed around the country including at Chicago Improv Festival, New York SketchFest, and the DC Comedy Festival. More importantly, we put on high quality improv comedy shows in Savannah, GA with a cast of talented performers. Our actors include graduates of the Upright Citizens Brigade (NYC), People's Improv Theatre (NYC), iO (Chicago), The Groundlings (LA), and Theatre 99 (Charleston)--plus some exceedingly attractive homegrown talent. We also proudly produce Savannah Comedy Fest and Savannah for Morons, The Trolley Tour.

Our theatre is located at 210 W Victory Drive, Savannah GA.

Are you handicap accessible? 

Yes, we are!​

What's the parking situation?

We have a small parking lot. It is first come, first served. There is ample FREE on-street parking in the area. Parking is most readily available on Barnard Street and Jefferson Street. Lyft, Uber, walking and biking is also encouraged!

What is your ticket policy?

Tickets purchased in advance are encouraged and we often sell out. Please arrive at least 15 min before show begins to purchase available tickets. Arriving early will also mean you can grab a beverage before the show begins. This will minimize activity during the show and boy is that appreciated!

 

We do not offer refunds but we will happily exchange your ticket for a different show of the same

value with at least 12 hours notice.

 

Live theatre is best with a crowd--so please arrive early or on time. If you do not arrive by the show start time we have the right to resell your ticket.

Do you have Student Tickets?

Yes, we have a certain number of students ticket for our shows available to purchase online. When you arrive you'll be asked to show us a current student ID. Showing an ID is mandatory to claim your student ticket, otherwise you'll be required to pay full price.

Are your shows appropriate for my 9-year-old son?

While all ages are welcome inside, most of our shows are created for adults unless otherwise stated. Adult topics will be discussed. Adult language may be used. That means it's up to the parent (you know your child better than we do). We do not ID at the door -- only at the bar.

Alcohol!

If you'd like to have beer and wine we would love to serve you. You must present a valid ID to do so. Even grandma will be carded before served.

Do you serve a variety of beverages for a variety of moods?

Why, yes we do! We have beer, wine, bubbly, and soft drinks. Some nights we have a food truck.

​

What's good to eat nearby?

There are lots of great places nearby, including Green Truck, The Vault, Ardsley Station, Starland Yard, The Garage, and Betty Bombers.
